Is there a minimum requirement for orders?
We have a standard minimum requirement of 25 packages per order. If you need fewer than this, please contact us. We strive to accommodate all orders whenever possible.

When should I place my order?
To ensure timely fulfillment, especially during peak seasons, we recommend placing your order well in advance of your desired delivery date.
For best results, please connect with us at least seven (7) weeks before your target gifting date. This allows us to accommodate your needs and deliver your custom gifts on time.
Can I get a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, you can request a sample before placing a large order. This ensures that you receive a fully representative preview of the final product.
Please note that samples are provided at retail pricing, which includes the cost of all items as well as any service fees involved in creating the sample box.
If you decide to proceed with a large order, the cost of the sample may be credited toward your bulk purchase. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach contact us.
What are the payment options?
An invoice will be sent to you with the following payment options:
- Credit and Debit Cards: We accept major cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Bank Transfers: Direct transfers from your bank account are also available

How do you handle shipping and delivery?
We have a few options available for delivering your order
- Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within the Greater Sacramento area. Pricing is based on the delivery destination and the number of stops required. Contact us by phone or email to confirm if we deliver to your area and to get a quote. - Domestic Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States via UPS and FedEx. For deliveries to multiple locations, please email us with the complete list of addresses and the number of packages for each. - Local Pickup
You can also pick up your order at our location at no extra charge. Contact us by phone or email for pickup instructions.
